Thermal Expansion Measurement
Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA)
A Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA), is a technique that measures changes in sample size as a function of temperature, time and load. This measurement can detect a change in size from expansion or contraction of the sample as well as a softening or deformation of the sample.

Determination of Specific Heat Capacity
Determination of Specific Heat Capacity by DSC
Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) is a thermal analysis technique in which the heat flow into or out of a sample is measured as a function of temperature or time, while the sample is exposed to a controlled temperature program.

Measurement of Thermal Conductivity
Steady-state measurement
The steady-state methods measure thermal properties by establishing a temperature difference that does not change with time.

Laser flash Method
With the Laser-Flash method, the thermal conductivity is determined by the temperature rise in a test sample that is heated by a short laser pulse from one side. The temperature increase caused on the sample surface then propagates as a kind of heat wave through the sample until it is detected on the opposite side by an infrared measuring device.
